2002 Colorado Vacation

More to come

We spent one night at the Rockmount Cottages in their "Eagle's View" unit.  The cabin was made of wood inside and out,
and was a beautiful way to spend the time in the mountains.

This is a stitched view of the interior of the cabin.  Note the river rock fireplace, two bedrooms and an all-wood interior.

The Rockmount Cottages are right next to Big Thompson River, which runs right through Estes Park.
Here you see the view from the Cottage grounds on their bridge over the river.  We caught several
small minnows (one inch long) by hand, which we brought back for the front pond.

Holly Baptist the manager at the Louisville Residence Inn took great care of us during
our two month stay in Colorado.  If you find yourself in the area, call them at 303-665-2661.

We returned to Maryland at the end of August 2002 to start school, and
to adjust to a regular routine at home.  It was a great summer.
